Excerpt from an actual dinnertime conversation last week:
Me: Wow, I can't believe my birthday is coming up so soon.
Hub: Yeah, you're getting pretty old.
Me: What are you talking about? I'm going to be...25.
Hub: Honey, if that's the line you're going with, you'd better invest in some Miss Clairol.

LOL, I think I would SMACK the hubby for that one. Then again, the line that gets my hubby in trouble is "I am going to be 30, I am getting old" Keep in mind I am two years and four months OLDER than him.
I think my husband would have ended up with a fork through his hand after a comment like that one.
